…but hey! Tomorrow is another day :) I’ll never punish myself for the odd bad day.
Going to go have a relaxing long shower, do the first day of Fab Ab February and then watch MasterChef :)

I am so tired and my body is calling out for rest today, so I’m going to give it what it needs and take the day off from working out.
Yesterday, though, I went to my first Body Balance class! Completely took me by surprise - I thought it would be very low strain, almost like tai chi, but despite starting like that there was a pretty intense pilates section. Not that I was complaining, I managed to keep up pretty much most of the way (I have to sit out of some exercises for health reasons related to my back problems) and thoroughly enjoyed it! Felt rejuvenated afterwards, will definitely be taking my £4 back next week :) I much prefer a structured class to trying to follow an exercise on my teeny laptop screen.
Plus the instructor was a sweetie!
Body Balance, something low intensity and stress-relieving to ease me in :)
I’m excited!
Pretty pleased with myself. Managed to do a tiny bit of exercise, even if it was only 10 minutes of dance and my usual strength training, but considering how ill I feel I’m pretty impressed I motivated myself to do that much!
Oh, and I also started a new work experience placement last Monday. It’s completely ruined my exercise schedule and I’ve kinda lost all motivation :( any tips for lunch break / office work outs?
