I am so tired and my body is calling out for rest today, so I’m going to give it what it needs and take the day off from working out.

Had some major hunger after work today - pretty proud of myself in that even though my house is full of crisps and chocolate, I chose (and enjoyed more!) some banana, grapes and yoghurt. Yay, go me!

Pretty pleased with myself. Managed to do a tiny bit of exercise, even if it was only 10 minutes of dance and my usual strength training, but considering how ill I feel I’m pretty impressed I motivated myself to do that much!
