I don’t weigh myself so I’m not sure about that, but I’m 5’9.5”.
I will eat between 1,500 and 1,700 calories per day.
Exercise will be at least 15 mins run per day, 25 sit ups, 20 right lunges, 20 left lunges, 40 squats, 20 push ups (aim to increase). Once a week either a long walk, swim, run, dance class. Halfway through: a weekend hike (intake to be heavily UPPED that weekend).
